Mike is a typical easy going friendly Aussie, who also has a deep passion for exploring, nature, history, travelling and learning about new places and peoples both around the world and also at home.

He enjoys sharing all his knowledge about the special destinations on all our unforgettable Sydney Day Trips that we are lucky enough to visit regularly. He has a love of the beauty of this great city, with its amazing harbour, beaches, mountains and untouched wilderness. Sharing some amazing experiences or histories, or topical local stories with his very important guests is a priority for Mike. He loves showing of Australia’s native wildlife.

Mike has a young family who are also growing up on the Northern Beaches, and who love to get out and about and to take full advantage of this natural playground, with its white sandy beaches, untouched wilderness and of course the extensive waterways.

When not working, he can be found playing with his two young boys on the many local sports fields, and on the beaches either around Manly or up around sunny Palm Beach. Mike takes every opportunity to be outdoors, such as camping with his family, or competing hard on the tennis court, or taking advantage of one of the Northern Beaches outstanding Golf courses.

Mike has extensively travelled and lived overseas ourselves (Europe, USA and Asia) and both he and his dad have corporate business backgrounds.
